What to bring:

Loose sports clothing (e.g. t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms) – whatever is comfortable for moving around.

For martial classes, please keep nails clipped short and remove jewellery for your own safety and that of others.

For the public martial classes, we recommend purchasing a mouthguard if participating in moving-step pushing hands (wrestling) and optionally a groin guard if participating in full-contact sparring.
