New San Shou training class at The Studio, Brookes Sport, Headington, Sundays.
San Shou is a traditional form of Chinese full contact competition fighting. It is fought on a lei tai, or raised platform, without ropes. Throws, sweeps, and grappling are allowed, as well as strikes: punches and kicks.
